Universal rubber paint ELEMENT

Universal rubber paint ELEMENT in white 1.2 l is made on the basis of a special dispersion, due to which it has high adhesion to various surfaces. The paint is created on an acrylic base with a new formula. It is resistant to cracks, super elastic, odorless and already in a ready-made color.

Properties and advantages of rubber paint:

• It has high adhesion to the following types of surfaces: mineral, metal, wood and wood derivatives.
• Recommended for a wide range of works, for example, painting roofs made of corrugated sheets, galvanized metal, tiles and metal tiles; painting fences and basements; painting walls and other surfaces.
• The paint has high resistance to abrasion (class 1 according to DSTU EN 13300).
• It has increased moisture resistance.
• The paint can be diluted with water (up to 5%)
• The paint does not contain organic solvents and has no unpleasant odor.
• The paint contains acrylic dispersion, titanium dioxide, pigments, functional additives, mineral fillers, water.
• Rubber paint contains 40 g / l VOC.
• Consumption per layer: for smooth metal and wooden surfaces - 100-180 g / sq.m., for mineral surfaces about 100 g / sq.m.
• Drying time of one layer of coating before applying the next layer is 2 hours, full strength and resistance to mechanical loads - after 28 days.

Step-by-step paint application:

1. Prepare the surface for application. Remove dust and dirt, if working with metal, it is also important to remove rust and scale. If there is fungus or mold on the surface, it should be removed with a special agent and treated with an antiseptic. It should also be taken into account that fresh cement plaster should be aged for at least 28 days, and concrete - for at least 3 months.
2. Prime the surface. Select the primer depending on the type of surface to be painted.
3. Make sure the surface is clean and dry, then apply rubber paint.

Before use, the rubber paint must be thoroughly mixed. Apply with a brush, roller or spray gun in 2-3 layers. Operating temperature from +5 to +30°С at relative air humidity up to 80%. Do not apply paint to the surface under direct sunlight, strong wind, precipitation. Painted surfaces should be protected from precipitation until the paint is completely dry for at least 24 hours.
