If at the time of exchange a similar product is not available for sale, the buyer has the right to either purchase any other products from the available assortment with an appropriate recalculation of the cost, or terminate the contract and receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar one when the corresponding product first becomes available for sale.
In accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of proper quality if they are included in the list of non-food products that are not subject to return and exchange.
Goods of proper quality can be returned by return shipment or returned to the branch where the purchase was made.
In what cases can goods of improper quality be returned/exchanged?
You can return/exchange the product in case of a factory defect or damage during transportation. For packaged goods, an important condition for return is to keep them sealed. Opened goods are not subject to return or exchange.
Carefully check the product upon receipt: make sure the packaging is intact, if there is damage or defects - issue a refusal at the branch, you must draw up the Acceptance and Delivery Acts together with the Nova Poshta representative. In this case, you will not pay for return shipping.
