The delivery method is selected when placing an order.
No. 1. Nova Poshta
Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch is carried out throughout Ukraine. The delivery cost is according to the carrier's tariffs.
The parcel is stored at a Nova Poshta branch for 5 days.
Address delivery by Nova Poshta courier is provided throughout Ukraine. The delivery cost is according to the carrier's tariffs.
Delivery cost:
- Delivery of orders worth 10,000 UAH is free of charge.
- Delivery cost of orders up to 10,000 UAH is according to the carrier's tariffs (may include: delivery cost, address fee, parcel insurance, cost of the "After-Payment" service).
Delivery by a postal carrier is carried out:
- subject to full prepayment;
- payment with the "After-Payment" service (the cost of the service is according to the carrier's tariffs).
The customer whose full name was specified when placing the order can receive the goods.
Before sending the goods, they are insured for the full cost. It is important to check the parcel in the presence of a Nova Poshta representative upon receipt. In case of damage, partial loss or shortage inside the package, you must draw up a Delivery and Acceptance Act with a Nova Poshta employee. Compensation for damage is possible only if the Act is drawn up.
No. 2. Self-pickup from ELEMENT studios
You can pick up your purchase yourself from one of our ELEMENT paint and texture studios. The service is available in the following cities: Dnipro, Kyiv, Odessa, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Chernivtsi, Zaporizhia, Lutsk, Kremenchuk, Vinnytsia, Khust.

- Cash payment is available when picking up from the ELEMENT paint and texture studios.
- Cash payment to the Nova Poshta courier when choosing address delivery — the "After-Payment" service.
- Payment at the Nova Poshta branch — the "After-Payment" service.
The cost of the "After-Payment" service is according to the carrier's tariffs.
Payment to the account
After placing an order on the website, our manager will contact you and provide details and an invoice for payment of the order.
The order will be sent after payment confirmation.
Delivery of "custom-made" goods, for example, individual tinting, is carried out only after full prepayment.
